Also, it seems like Jyukai will FINALLY be releasing their next album, Stairway to the future~. The date that you must mark on your calendars – January 20, 2010. You don’t know the patience that we, Jyukai fans, have endured just to finally listen to their exceptional music once again. 🙂 *love*

It’s a ”CD-best” album that will feature their all-time greats to brand new songs.

Pre-orders are available now. I really can’t wait! ^^

Byousoku 5 cm Real Life Scenes

Again, this is heartlessly ripped off from Makoto Shinkai’s Unofficial Fan Forum. If you’ve watched Byousoku 5 cm, then there’s no reason why you’d be disappointed with these pictures. ^^

Notice the finest details that are included on those animated scenes! [Click for larger view. Or better yet, right click both pairs of pictures and open them in new tabs so you could compare them. ^^] Absolutely wonderful! Animation at its highest level! Hoping to see more of these quality on Shinkai’s next film.

CLOSING COMMENTS: 12:30 PM to 1 PM GMT+12 – 3/1/09

There will be plenty of time between films and groups of films for discussions and for voting and contests (and bathroom breaks).

Where:

I will be hosting on the East Coast, USA. It would be great if folks could get together for this event and watch. Since we do not have rights to show the films online, we are counting on your having access to these films. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Why?:

Why not ? I’ve met many new friends from all over the world that appreciate Mr. Shinkai’s films. I’ve attended several Cons where the showings of his films packed rooms of all sizes. Mr. Shinkai’s works are amazing and we definitely should help spread the love for Mr Shinkai.
